Our Programmes
Three programmes,
one consistent philosophy
All Linden Studio workshops use the same paper-based, reflection-oriented approach. The difference between programmes is depth, duration, and how much practice time you want to build into your year.

How every session
is structured
Linden Studio's programmes follow a consistent workshop structure regardless of the programme type. Every session has an opening phase to establish the room's intent, a main working phase where participants engage with printed worksheets and prompt exercises, and a closing reflection phase.
The methodology draws on research in reflective practice and behavioural decision framing. Exercises are sequenced to move from simple observational prompts to more layered pattern-recognition work, building fluency with the decision-mapping framework across the course of a programme.
Facilitators do not lecture. Their role is to introduce each exercise, keep time, and facilitate brief group reflections at the end of each phase — not to provide answers or steer individual conclusions.
Opening — Setting Intent
The session opens with a short grounding prompt written in the participant's own notebook or on a provided card. This separates the workshop mentally from the rest of the day.
Working Phase — Worksheet Exercises
Participants work through the session's core exercises using printed worksheets. These are self-directed; facilitators circulate quietly and answer process questions only.
Reflection Phase — Group Sharing (optional)
A brief, voluntary group reflection invites participants to share observations — not decisions, not figures. This step is always optional and never pressured.
Closing — Taking Away
Each session closes with a take-home prompt — a single question written on a card to sit with before the next session or at home. Printed materials are distributed at close.
Decision-Making Workshop
A focused evening session introducing paper-based decision frameworks for household money conversations. The workshop covers three core exercises using simple worksheets, calm prompt sheets, and reflective journalling techniques. It is designed to stand alone as a meaningful introduction, and also to be a natural entry point for participants considering the longer programmes.
The session is educational and reflective throughout. No advice is given on specific household decisions or financial arrangements. Every participant takes home a printed decision-prompt deck to continue using independently.
- Single evening, approximately 2.5 hours
- Printed decision-prompt deck included
- Three core worksheet exercises
- Light refreshments provided
- Suitable for individuals and couples
Decision Literacy Programme
A paced six-week programme for building paper-based reflection and decision-mapping habits as a regular practice. Sessions are facilitated and reflective, with weekly worksheets and gentle peer discussion. The programme develops the same foundational framework introduced in the single evening workshop across a progressively deeper sequence of exercises.
The six-week format is suited to participants who want regular structured practice rather than a single session, and for couples who want to develop a shared vocabulary for household conversations over time. The programme is positioned as a literacy and reflection track and does not provide advisory content on specific household decisions.
- Six facilitated evening sessions, one per week
- Weekly take-home worksheet set
- Structured peer reflection exercises
- Printed programme companion booklet
- Light refreshments at all sessions
Annual Decision Reflection Track
A twelve-month structured reflection track designed for participants who want ongoing, seasonal practice rather than a time-bounded course. The track combines monthly evening workshops, quarterly journalling sessions, and a printed annual companion that moves through the full year. Topics rotate through paper-based decision frameworks, calm conversation patterns, and reflection prompts for individuals and couples.
The annual track is the studio's most developed programme, and the one where participants report the strongest shift in their approach to household decision conversations over time. The programme stays educational throughout and does not include advisory framing at any point in the year.
- 12 monthly evening workshops
- 4 quarterly journalling sessions
- Printed annual companion booklet
- Seasonal rotating topic sequence
- All materials and refreshments included
