3. Our Programmes

Linden Studio offers structured, facilitated workshops focused on paper-based decision-making literacy for individuals and couples. Our programmes are educational and reflective in nature. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or therapeutic advice.

  • Decision-Making Workshop (Single Evening) โ€” a single facilitated session using worksheets and reflection prompts; price RM 360 per participant
  • Six-Week Decision Literacy Programme โ€” six weekly sessions with weekly worksheets and peer discussion; price RM 1,420 per participant
  • Annual Decision Reflection Track โ€” a twelve-month structured programme with monthly workshops, quarterly journalling sessions, and a printed annual companion; price RM 4,180 per participant

Programme dates, venues, and availability are subject to change. We will communicate confirmed session details to registered participants by email.

4. Registration and Enrolment

Registration is completed by submitting an enquiry form on our website or by contacting us directly. Enrolment is confirmed only once we have sent a written confirmation and, where applicable, payment has been received.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact details at the time of registration
  • Places are allocated on a first-confirmed basis; submitting an enquiry does not itself reserve a place
  • For couple-oriented sessions, both attendees should be named at registration
  • We reserve the right to decline a registration at our discretion, in which case any fee paid will be refunded in full

5. Participant Responsibilities and Conduct

Our workshops are designed as calm, reflective spaces. We ask all participants to support that environment.

  • Arrive punctually and give advance notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled session
  • Engage with the programme respectfully and allow other participants space to reflect
  • Do not record sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from Linden Studio and all attendees
  • Do not share the printed materials with parties outside the programme without our written permission
  • You may not use information shared by other participants in any group discussion outside of the programme context

Linden Studio reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct materially disrupts the workshop environment. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials โ€” including worksheets, prompt decks, session structures, and written content โ€” are the intellectual property of Linden Studio. They are provided to participants for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt our materials for any commercial purpose
  • You may not publish or publicly share images of our printed materials without written permission
  • The Linden Studio name, logo, and visual identity are our trademarks and may not be used without permission

7. Fees and Refund Policy

  • Linden Studio does not endorse any particular financial products, institutions, or strategies
  • Our website and materials are provided "as is" without representations as to fitness for a particular purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Linden Studio's total liability to any participant, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the relevant programme.

Linden Studio may immediately terminate a participant's enrolment, without refund, if that participant's conduct breaches these Terms or compromises the safety or wellbeing of others in the workshop environment.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
